We carefully pack every Earthwise Cacao order to ensure your products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver across the Mainland UK.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination. Please allow 2-3 working days for standard UK delivery after dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge as of September 2026 is £6.50 irrespective of order size.
Any available free-delivery offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Orders & Dispatch

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, product launches, promotions or holiday periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate this with the delivery provider where appropriate.
Please note that tracking information may sometimes take a little time to update after an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the products before disposing of anything and contact us as soon as possible.
We may require photographs to help us investigate the issue with the courier.

International Delivery

At present, we do not offer international delivery.
If international delivery becomes available, any applicable delivery charges, customs duties, taxes or import fees will be clearly communicated where possible.

Food Products

As our products are food products, please check the product packaging and any accompanying information before consuming.
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please check the ingredients and allergen information before ordering. If you are unsure about any ingredient, please contact us before placing your order.
